Our People.

At River City Builders, we believe great work starts with great people. We’re proud to be a family, one that looks out for each other, takes pride in what we do, and shows up every day ready to serve our clients well. By investing in our team and creating a strong, supportive culture, we’re able to deliver better results, clearer communication, and a smoother experience for you. It’s how we build not just projects, but lasting relationships with the people we serve. Meet the River City Builders family.

River Lucas

River founded River City Builders in 2018 and brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. A Missoula native, he takes pride in building homes and projects that reflect the character and quality of the area. He got his start in tile work (still his favorite part of the job) and has built his reputation on attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship. While River still enjoys putting his bags on from time to time, he’s found his stride in leading the company—building a strong team, maintaining close relationships with clients, and making sure every project is done right from start to finish.

Outside of work, River enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and skiing or at home keeping his cat, Voodoo, entertained.
